• Advance reservations are required by a minimum of one day in advance and slots are subject to availability.
• Kindly present the e-voucher upon redemption
• The voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase
• The voucher is non refundable and amount is not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash.
• Voucher must be used prior to expiry date; the amount automatically expires and is not retrievable.
• No credit or change can be given on unused amounts on the voucher.
• A voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• Any altered voucher will not be accepted unless approved by the Hotel Management.
• The Management of Pullman Jakarta Central Park reserves all rights to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
